JMS Behavioral Health is a telehealth psychiatric practice offering holistic, person-centered care to clients across New Jersey, Delaware, and Pennsylvania
Whom do you treat?
We treat children, adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns.
What services do you offer?
We offer psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy sessions (for established clients only).
Do you offer in-person appointments?
At this time, all appointments are conducted virtually through our secure telehealth platform, and depending on your medication and treatment plan, your provider will schedule those sessions.

What is a psychiatric evaluation?
A psychiatric evaluation is a 90-minute appointment where we explore your history, symptoms, and goals to create a personalized care plan
Do you prescribe medication?
Yes. Our providers are licensed to prescribe and manage psychiatric medications as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.
Do I have to take medication to be a patient?
Not necessarily. We believe in collaborative care and will discuss all options with you. Medication is only one tool—we explore lifestyle, therapy, and wellness strategies.
Do you offer therapy?
Therapy is available with Dr. Tye for current clients only. If you’re looking for ongoing therapy, we’re happy to provide referrals as part of your care plan.
What if I need help between appointments?
For non-urgent issues, send us a message through your client portal. In an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest ER.
Insurance & Payment FAQs
Do you accept insurance?
Yes! We accept Aetna, Cigna, Horizon BCBS of NJ, United Healthcare, Oxford, and Oscar through our partnership with Headway.
What are your private pay rates?
Initial evaluation: $450
Follow-up medication management: $250
Do you offer a sliding scale?
Yes! We offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots based on financial need. Contact us to discuss availability.
Can I get reimbursed if you’re out-of-network?
Yes. We can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service
