Tye Johnson-Mason, DNP,  PMHNP-C

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who helps people manage depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, chronic pain, and addiction. I collaborate with individuals, families, and other professionals to develop care plans that lead to real, lasting change.

My goal is to help you reach your best physical and mental health in a way that works for you. I believe mental health care should fit each person, so I offer treatment that matches your needs and experiences.

I have strong experience in managing psychiatric medications, but my care goes beyond just prescriptions. I focus on therapy, use proven methods, and support your overall well-being—mind, body, and spirit.

With a person-centered and culturally sensitive approach, I aim to foster trust, empowerment, and healing at every stage of your journey. I'm here to assist you in regaining balance and moving forward with confidence, regardless of whether you're seeking clarity, peace, or a space to breathe and receive attention.

Gabriel Albanese, MSN, PMHNP-BC, AGACNP-BC

My name is Gabriel Albanese. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), and I care deeply about helping people improve their mental health. I work with clients of all ages, supporting them through challenges like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and trauma.

Healing begins with connection. I build trust and tailor every treatment plan to each person’s unique needs, goals, and experiences.

I have worked in many different clinical settings and have supported people during difficult times. These experiences have helped me provide thoughtful and effective care that respects each person as a whole.

My goal is to help reduce the stigma around mental health and make quality care more accessible. I use a holistic approach that combines medication management, therapy, lifestyle changes, and flexible treatment options to support clients wherever they are, both in life and emotionally.

I earned my master’s degree from Rowan University, initially becoming an Acute Care Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC). Later, I completed a post-master’s certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health. I am dual board-certified and licensed to practice in New Jersey. I am committed to ongoing education and staying up-to-date with the latest advances in psychiatric care so my clients receive the best possible treatment.
