Tye Johnson-Mason, DNP,  PMHNP-C

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, chronic pain, and addiction. I work closely with individuals, families, mental health professionals, and medical providers to create personalized care plans that support lasting, meaningful change.

My mission is simple: to help you achieve optimal physical and mental well-being on your terms. I believe that mental health care should be just as unique as you, so I provide thoughtful, personalized treatment that addresses your specific needs and life experiences.

While I bring deep expertise in psychiatric medication management, I also go far beyond the prescription pad. I prioritize therapeutic interventions, integrate evidence-based practices, and treat the whole person, mind, body, and spirit.

With a person-centered and culturally sensitive approach, I aim to foster trust, empowerment, and healing at every stage of your journey. Whether you seek clarity, peace, or a space to breathe and be heard, I’m here to help you reclaim balance and confidently move forward.

I am licensed to practice in New Jersey, Delaware, and Pennsylvania, allowing me to provide flexible, accessible care across state lines through secure telehealth services. (Currently, Dr. Tye does not have openings for new clients.)

Gabriel Albanese, MSN, PMHNP-BC, AGACNP-BC

My name is Gabriel Albanese, and I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a deep commitment to promoting mental wellness through compassionate, patient-centered care. I work with individuals of all ages, supporting clients as they navigate a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and trauma-related challenges.

Healing begins with connection. I build trust and tailor every treatment plan to each person’s unique needs, goals, and experiences.

With a background that spans multiple clinical settings, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients during some of their most vulnerable moments. These experiences have sharpened my ability to deliver thoughtful, effective care that honors the whole person.

My mission is to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and increase access to high-quality, evidence-based care. I take a holistic approach, integrating medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle strategies, and flexible treatment options to meet clients where they are—both literally and emotionally.

I earned my master’s degree from Rowan University, initially becoming an Acute Care Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC) and later completing a post-master’s certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health. I’m dual board-certified and am currently licensed to practice in New Jersey. I remain deeply committed to continuing education and staying informed on the latest advances in psychiatric care so my clients can benefit from the best that modern mental health treatment has to offer.
